RECEPTIONIST

 

DTE Group is looking for a customer focused and friendly Receptionist to join our team in South Perth.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answer all incoming calls and directing them to the right person
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Collect and sort incoming/outgoing mail daily
  • Maintain internal mail tray between offices
  • Filing of delivery dockets
  • Stationery order for staff and maintain office stationery stock
  • Liaising with the printers for business cards and other marketing materials
  • Distribution of electronic newsletter via email
  • Maintaining database for newsletter distribution
  • Other administrative duties such as assisting in any typing, data entry and maintaining of spread sheets for the Group.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchenette including bins
  • General cleaning of the office weekly, includes vacuuming and wiping
  • Any other duties that may assist with the smooth running of the office as instructed by supervisor

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum one year of experience as a Receptionist
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills
  • Customer service, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • High level of organisation and administration skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher is an asset

 

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

(Located in Henderson, Permanent role, immediate start)

 

DTE Fluid Systems require "Qualified" Fuel Service Station Technician / Installers for above / below ground related plant and fuel unloading, dispensing equipment such as tanks, instrumentation, electronics, pumps, valves, pipes.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and installing oil industry equipment including but not limited to the following
  • Compac industries pumps and controller systems and opt's
  • Transponder Industries pumps, controllers, opt's, PEC pumps and associated equipment
  • Installation and repairs to Smart fill systems
  • Installation and setting up of TLS 2 tank gauging systems
  • Repairs and installation of underground and above ground tanks
  • Building, Installation and repairs to steel pipe work, galvanized, upp pipe and their associated fittings.
  • Building and Repairs and maintenance on self bunded fuel installations and their associated equipment
  • Repairing basic electronic components' and rebuilding of pumps as required
  • Repairs to all types of pump units, motors and associated equipment
  • Calibration and certification of fuel pumps
  • Ensure that all work complies with State and Federal Government statutory requirements, Acts and regulations
  • Carry out inspections, technical evaluations and design reviews on equipment, process systems, repair methods and modifications
  • Review equipment life cycle repair and maintenance strategies
  • Ensure the compliance and continuous improvement of the business processes
  • Assist in creating client confidence in service, management and improvement of repairable equipment
  • Adherence to and active promotion of all company Quality Assurance/ Quality Control requirements
  • Adherence to and active promotion of all company Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (OSH&E) systems
  • To conduct yourself in an amicable and professional manner and show respect in all interaction with others
  • Additional duties within scope and experience as requested

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Petrol Chemical Industry as a Service Technician
  • Experience in 1554 Welding
  • Current Australian "A" class electrical fitter installer license
  • Current C class drivers' license
  • White card
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Good time keeping skills (punctual)
  • Ongoing work rights in Australia
